Ben played football at Academy level and says that his coach, John Crotty, has been the biggest influence on his career.
His grandad is a PGA golfer and his two stepbrothers are also talented with one an Academy footballer at Crewe Alexandra and the other a talented Multi Eventer.
He likes to shop and model when he is not training or competing.
