2020 - Began the year on a positive note running an Indoor 800m PB of 2.00.23 which was also a World indoor Championship qualifying time.

2019 - British Championship Indoor bronze medalist. Qualified for the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow. A difficult year with Injury and illness for Adelle, which ultimately impacted her performances over the summer season.

2018 - British Championships bronze medalist Indoors & outdoors. Qualified for the European Athletic Championships in Berlin, running a PB in the semi-finals of 1.59.86 to make the final, where she finished just outside the medals in 4th.

2017 - British Championships silver medalist Indoors & outdoors. Qualified for the World Athletic Championships in London, running PB's in the heats and semi-finals. Competed at the World University Games in Chinese Taipei, placing 5th in the final.

2016 - British Indoor 800m Champion, qualifying to compete at the World Indoor Championships in Portland, USA. Adelle competed at the European Athletics Championships in Amsterdam and ran the Olympic qualifying time despite some underlying health issues.

2015- Adelle qualified for European U23 Championships in Estonia, placing 4th in the final. She ran various PB's over 800m coming close to the World Championships QT.

2014- Made good progression with early races in the USA, coming close to the Commonwealth games standard and managing to consistently run 2.02.

2013- Despite being injured for the majority of the season, Adelle still managed to turn out some performances in a short space of time.

2012- Surrey County Champion Over 1500 and 400m. Claiming County, Regional and National medals in both Junior and Senior women's races over 400m and 800m. Adelle achieved PB's in 400m, 800m and 1500m however due to a virus she achieved the World Junior standard for 800m a few weeks too late.

2011-A difficult year with health; missing International selection but managing to still PB over 800m.

2010- English Schools 800m Champion, U20 800m Surrey County Champion, U20/U23 400m South of England Championship Bronze medalist. AAA 800m National champion, running PB's over 800m, 200m and 1500m.

2009 - Adelle Won a silver medal at her international debut for Great Britain at the European Youth Olympic's (U18) in Tampere, Finland. U17 and U20 South of England 800m Champion. Won U20 Inter-county Championships over 400m, Sussex Schools Champion over 300m, London Indoor Games senior Gold medallist over 400m, UK School Games Silver Medallist 800m and UK School Games 300m X 4 Bronze medallist and AAA Silver medallist over 800m.
